Last year I must have called ten times with no response. Then when I finally complained to a real person there was no apology. I am ashamed to say- we still did our annual Targhee trip (http://elevatedlocals.blogspot.com/2011/03/grand-targhee-snorkeling-in-mountains.html). Dealing with incompetence is a small price to pay for no lines, perfect powder, and a beautiful terrain.
